2011 - 'Going for a paddle Bike Ride'

In 2010 we kayaked down the Danube river and now Part 2:

Biking from Bucharest Romania to Beijing China. A distance of 10,500km which should take us 115 days or about 4 months. We have a dedicated website for this, www.danubetobeijing.com. I will be updating it will comments and GPS tracking so you know where we were. What an adventure, there's no time like now so that's why we are doing it :-)

The basic plan is to ride an average of 90km per day including rest days. We expect to do a few days of over 200km however that will be decided when we wake up in the morning and the conditions are right.
